| I remember during the 2008 Olympics Hoda Kotb did a story about the equestrian team. At the end she showed off the boots that the riders wear. Matt Lauer kept in saying "Did you get a whip? Did you get a whip?" Now it kind of makes sense. |

| I don't think boots are going anywhere. Women like to wear them and they like the reactions they get, especially from male co-anchors. If they wear some sassy pumps, it's like "so what". If they break out done over the knee or thigh high boots, that's conversation worthy. |

| I hope they do little segments on the sports like they did in 2008, with anchors learning about them. Hoda Kotb did a segment on equestrian sports and she looked pretty good in those tight pants, but I'd love it if they did one with Natalie Morales this year. Grrrrrr. |
