So what's the opinion on her bewbies???   
I think they've gotten bigger since her weight loss, ( read; IMPLANTS)
Others think they're all natural, 100% milk.

If her azz is fake, she must've gotten the family deal, because her sister Khloe has the same giant booty. 
Until I see proof that Kim had her butt augmented at the age of 19 yrsold,( that's when she first became known for her butt), I'll have to assume she's a genetic freak. |

 That's an older video of Pattie. She's much smaller now, unfortunately.
She was perfect at the size she was in the youtube vid, now I feel she's lost too much weight.
