| Thanks for all of you great work. Unfortunately MEGAUPLOAD is just about impossible to use now with all of their pop-ups and loaded pagelets. I had to exit out before I could enter the code 3 times. |

It all depends on the original file type....
Cyberlink will get the mpg files too....Roxio Easy Copy just gets wmv or avi
I don't know of any that do mp4 or msvob.avi formats.... |

It appears the recorder turns them into vob files I guess? I can't use CyberLink or Roxio to translate trhem....
What does anyone else use out there? |

| I guess a lot of people are working with a lot more storage space than I am, but 1.1 GB is a bit too much for me to store for a single interview (the HD file out there as well in this section). Thanks for the smaller file.... |

| OK, I have contributed a few caps over the last months -- but i have a lot of good stuff on DVDs I own. Can someone tell me the best (free) software that will allow my to cut out a 5-10 minute segment from a DVD and create a .wmv, .avi, .mpeg, or .divx file? |
