Can you correspond with the models at the same address, or is there an agency that they all work for that should be contacted?

It wasn't possible to contact a model through HSN back in the days when the show hosts had public e-mail addresses. But now that the only way to contact a show host is by snail mail, I'd guess that HSN staffers would give fan mail to a model or forward it to the model's agency.
