I totally understand how it can happen - She's running on a treadmill while reading the prompter and juicing fruits and vegetables, forgets she's doing a live broadcast.

Censor guy didn't hear a thing. He was too busy ogling. It was the chick sitting next to him that had to smack him over the head then hit the button....hence the late muting.
