Two differences:

1) Linda/ED/Kiran didn't leave with any of the fight that Gretchen did

2) The ladies you mentioned weren't part of/triggered any kind of mass exodus like we're seeing now.

Also remember with the "AILES CLAUSE". We could see more departures both male & female.

If Comcast was smart this may be time to go after some talent & maybe get some ratings for msnbc. Maybe time after the election to take a turn away from the extreme left & bring some balance back & maybe get some ratings.

Get rid of Lawrence O'Donnnell who is so biased if a republican cured cancer he would find fault with it.

Tell Chris Matthews he is at his best when he is straight shooting & not cheerleading!

I do like Rachel. While we know where she leans she can play stories straight & should play that up a little more. She is very likable & lets people talk even if they disagree with her!
