"We are so glad you started your week with us, and it is good to be home," wearing yellow to continue as the main color used on ribbons and flowers in Arizona and practically the entire country.
She look at co-anchor Craig Melvin, wearing a yellow tie and he lightly patted and held her hand in a very touching moment.
"Yes, it is good to have you at home."
Just like any other weekday, they turned to the morning's top headlines, including an opening segment about the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran.
"Well, here we go, ready or not," Guthrie said. "Let's do the news."

It was truly a special moment where I imagine some were crying happy tears (I did briefly while watching the segment from the NBC News website I linked above) were seen alongside the happy cheers from the crowd.
The banners for the most part were tasteful.
Some more articles also mentioned Al Roker back at the weather map mentioning some nice things (unlike on March 5 when photographs showed her off-air return in early March, which was not televised. Unlike on that day, Dylan Dreyer was not present.)
