4:00 to 4:30 a.m. "early today" with either Lynn Berry or VDLC
5:00 a.m. to to 12 noon CNN shows (Ash and Zoraida, Soledad, Carol, and Kyra)
6:00 to 8:58 a.m. Robin Meade with Jennifer Westhoven
2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Brooke Baldwin
5:00 to 6:00 p.m. the five (*)

TV shows:
MythBusters (Kari Byron)
Fairly Legal (Sarah Shahi)
The View (Elisabeth Hasselbeck)
Fact or Faked (Jael De Pardo)
Last man standing (Nancy Travis and Molly Ephriam)
ghost hunters (Kris Williams and Amy Bruni)
SportsNation (Michelle Beadle)
Yes dear (Jean Louisa Kelly)

Talk shows:
Leno, Letterman, Conan, Chelsea, Kimmel, Fallon, Ellen...with any actresses or musicians

Note:
The Five is recorded if a local news reporter looks bland

But you always miss the good stuff!!!
