One day, it was hot as hell (June 26, 1990--a record 111ยบ in L. A., a record that stood until a couple of years ago) and she was reporting live from some house that had a swimming pool, and she proceeded to dive into the pool fully clothed! (well, she removed her shoes first). Unfortunately, she was wearing pants But such is the network news business. Gretchen would be an interesting addition to the Today show. Of course, at this time, this is all speculation. |

NBC wouldn't dare speak to her over lunch in the afternoon, or any other time, just during the hours she's supposed to be at work. The woman does get regular time off -- you all know that, don't you??? . |

Don't really care. Gretchen can go play the dumb blonde somewhere else. Younger blondes are waiting to fill her and Camerota's slot. Fox hasn't helped her career that much.  FOX + BLONDE= ???? |

i'm pretty sure she's on vacation...tied into the fourth holiday next week = two week vacation. It's been nice to see Juliet, Anna, Alisyn...who's next? Tune in tomorrow! |
