Earlier this week, I tweeted the news that instead of October 8 as originally scheduled, Round 3 of Sexiest Woman of 2012 will now begin on Monday, September 10!! The reason? With Maria Menounos, Jennifer Aniston, Eva Longoria*, Taylor Swift, and Carrie Underwood among the favorites, and Minka Kelly, Erin Andrews, Ashley Greene, Kim Kardashian*, Audrina Patridge, and even Alison Haislip as some of the underdogs, the battle to dethrone Hilary Duff and/or Sarah Michelle Gellar for the title has never been tighter. That's why I've moved the date so that all the remaining ladies could get a chance to advance. We'll see what happens in a few weeks when things really get underway. (*Kardashian, Longoria, and Hayden Panettiere advanced following the first Second Chance Round) |
