NBC News correspondent Mara Schiavocampo has been named the anchor of the early-morning NBC program “Early Today,” which airs at 4 AM ET and MSNBC’s early news show “First Look,” which airs at 5 AM ET.

She will continue in her role as a correspondent, contributing to all of the NBC News platforms and programs.

Well that was the nail in coffin for me with MSNBC. Gave up on the channel a while ago, but Lynn was the last person I liked left there. It is not like they have wildly popular women there who show lots of leg and do the news. Just boring talking heads anymore like Joe Scarbury, Richard Lui, Martin Bashir and Andrea Mitchell NBC News!!!
