The Black woman. Michaela Pereira, is from KTLA and used to be on TechTV and once did the Rose Parade on Hallmark in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

I remember Michaela hosting Internet Tonight on ZDTV back in the day. I assume Courtney Friel and others being hired at KTLA is because she's gone. Did anyone else leave that station?

As long as they don't hide Kate Bolduan behind the desk for 3 hours it should turn out to be DVR-worthy.

On a side note, has anyone seen the "new" AC360 experiment they've had on at 10pm EST this week? It's sort of modeled after "Get To The Point" but they have better hosts and cover more serious subjects. It's been pretty good....hopefully they go with it or something similar....it's been far too long for CNN to not have original programming in the 10pm time slot.

Is that whole thing really necessary? It looks like a strip mall.
Just give Kate a chair or sofa and send those builder to Oklahoma.

They just bumped the debut back by a week, that's all.

Not sure. But KTLA did a good job taking two people let go by KTTV.

Tvnewser said last week CNN is aiming for the youth audiences between 18 and 40. So with that in mind they chose Kate to anchor the show to appeal to them. They want advertisers aiming at that direction. As you know they had ratings problems so they are aiming for the younger demo. If they have a couch like American Morning. Then they are basically aiming to take away some of the Fox audience as well. They know Sex sells and it has been working for Fox News.

That's why I think there are two legs chairs on Raising America, when they actually have a show and not a pregame show for whatever show trial HLN has.
