The syndicated talk show business is very competitive. If you're not a comedian, judge or going down the Maury road(paternity drama), you may go the way of the Tony Danza show.
Ah, The Tony Danza Show......
That was one in an endless wave of shows from comedians who thought they could have their own show, but the experiment ended within a season or two. They all tried to copy Rosie O'Donnell. Anyone remember The Martin Short Show? How about Caroline Rhea? Wayne Brady? I'm pretty sure that Queen Latifah will find her show ending within a season or two. They're all copycat shows. A quick monologue. Guests. That's it. They didn't try to be creative live Wendy Williams. Now some people can't stand her, but at least she tries to do things a little different. Hot Topics. A Hot Topics panel. And a question and answer segment at the end. Steve Harvey also keeps his show fresh by not going the cookie cutter route.
