CBS This Morning profiled a case in Boston where a man convicted of recording up a woman's dress had that conviction overturned. The state justices ruled that "upskirting" didn't meet the requirements under the state's peeping tom statutes designed to protect women from people looking or videotaping them in the nude...a la Erin Andrews... Nora O'Donnell and Gayle King seemed a bit disturbed and the legal analyst joked she wasn't wearing this dress she had on the Boston subway. Charlie Rose had a smile on his face.
Looks like some of you boys scored a victory in Boston...(just messing with y'all)...I know you wouldn't attempt to record up a female's skirt.
