TVNewser got a tip earlier today regarding Tantaros. When we reached out to FNC, they sent us this statement: “Issues have arisen regarding Andrea’s contract, and Fox News Channel has determined it best that she take some time off. She is still under contract with the network.” Tantaros was last on Outnumbered on Monday. She got a shout-out Monday evening on The Five for her new book, Tied Up in Knots: How Getting What We Wanted Made Women Miserable. Tantaros was scheduled to call in to Bill Cunningham‘s radio show yesterday, but canceled a few hours before. Tantaros was formerly a regular panelist on The Five, but moved off that show in Feb. 2015. |

This brings up more questions than it answers So these "contractural issues" weren't a problem until now? If so why are they now? Why did she come back for one day? Is this a suspension? If so, what for? Now we know why Andrea is not on Fox's WHCD list Does this have anything to do with the book? Usually Fox talent is promoting their books on all the shows Not this time |

All good questions, Sparty. Sounds like she did something wrong....either by disagreeing with another host or refusing to do something or not do something. Either way, the "it's been determined that she take some time off" part sounds like a nice way of saying "we think it best for Andrea to take some time and decide whether she still wants to work here in accordance with her contract." Hopefully both sides will work whatever it is out....Outnumbered would not be the same without her. |

Either something will get workout or Andrea will move on elsewhere. |

And therein lies the problem with Andrea on any show. She is Prime #1 Choice eye candy from head to toe and apparently Ailes loves that. People on the board here know I'm a liberal and if she were too I'd be banging her door down!

I just want her back no matter what the pittance of a problem is. Come on FOX, you scream fair and balanced and if something didn't suit you, you give them a time out. Sure it would be nice to see Jedediah but not at the cost of losing Andrea.

I'd hate if she didn't come back...She's right up there along with Anna as my top 2 fave Foxnewsbabes. I hope she comes back...I don't like her super Trump support either but thats no reason to bench her. She has free speech just like everyone else or so I thought. |

I have my doubts because there are plenty of Trump supporters on Fox Hannity, for one Eric Bolling, too And the Donald goes on F&F whenever he wants Why pick on Andrea and not the others? Not that I don't think Rove and Perino are capable of pulling a stunt like that After all, Andrea has been critical of W |

Just I don't know why her being for Trump would bug her bosses this much, especially when she's one of the most popular ladies on that show and at that network obvious to them even as she keeps getting higher and higher profile slots. |

IF she doesn't wind up staying on though My No.1 pick for her seat would be the lovely,young and sexy but at the same time conservative Katie Pavlich. I don't think she'd have time to do it full time though because she also works for national review but she'd most def be my first choice. I wouldn't mind Melissa either as I continue to think she's so underrated for her smarts and sex appeal but also she has a show on FBN everyday so she probably wouldn't get it either. I would like the choice though. |
