As of this past Monday, ABC7 in Chicago decided to move veteran weatherman Jerry Taft off his coveted 10 p.m. slot to the lesser role of doing the weather at 7 p.m. on WCIU, Channel 26 "The U".
This means, that after less than two years after bolting from NBC5--Cheryl Scott will be doing the 10 p.m. weather going forward.
