Skip's new show isn't setting the world on fire either considering how much they paid him and the advertising for the show. First Take is declining as Max Kellerman is a light weight. Cari Champion is a huge loss too. Molly isn't very good. That said they should ditch the desk and have her show off the gams. I know she hates it and mentioned in a interview how pathetic the guys who ran YouTube pages of her legs back in the NFL Network days.

I agree with the desk, people complained since Cari Champion was the host/moderator. Also I'm surprise Max left Sportsnation though maybe he wanted return to the East Coast (he's from New York). I can't think of anyone who could replace Max right now.

Also about Skip's new show, not really original. It's mostly a copy of FT heck they have a curvy woman (Joy Taylor if you're wondering, she's the sister of Jason Taylor and sorry guys she's married) hiding on a desk. Also Kay Adams from Good Morning Football is also hiding in the desk as well.

was never a big fan of those shows. i used to like max's old show around the horn. i thought hillary and trump should've debated on there. with lots of questions, plus and minus points for answers, a mute button, that guy woody, etc.

I would have like that. Trump still would have lost the debate but still won the election.

Max has indirectly said he took the First Take gig for the money. The show is awful now though imo...

First Take to move to ESPN starting January 3, with SportsCenter to slide over to ESPN2 during 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. hours:

Really? So a show that's struggling on ESPN 2 is now going on ESPN? Also I'm guessing that Elle Duncan is going on Weekend/Fill in duties? Second questionable call ESPN made for 2017. It's bad enough that there's more SC anchors then slot available and some of the SC anchors moved on to other duties like Chris McKendry, Jade McCarthy, Cassie, Prim, and that's just the ladies. Don't get me restarted on Mike and Jemelle co-anchoring on 6 PM. Also wished that Dianna Russini would host the 6 PM hour of Sportscenter though sometimes she hosted the 7-9 PM weekday shift.

Actually, Jade is on SC mostly and some NFL shows like NFL Insiders. As for SC anchors available, as you mentioned Elle Duncan who possibly go on weekend duties more, not to mention Sara Walsh might be go on weekend/fill-in duties for SportsCenter AM, and Lindsay Czarniak who's on maternity leave might be return to SC for a featured role and possibly a 11PM slot with Lisa Kerney and/or Nicole Briscoe. Cassidy appear on Mike and Mike along with Jen Lada and she do some sidelines for NBA coverage and NBA Tonight. As for Dianna, she do host SC solo 7PM-9PM sometimes.

The ratings are declining because every other topic is political and the opinions are all from one side of the aisle politically. People trying to escape that can't even turn to ESPN for some relief.

Only on the weekends. A year ago, she was the golden girl (and not just because she wore a golden dress) then after she had second kid they reassigned her. Unsure if that was her call or not.
