Heather did some campaigning last week when she tweeted a picture of herself wearing Ivanka's shoes :Kool

Unsure if she should accept a job at the White House based on the rumors. Nothing against her but the White House for that I'm hearing isn't that stable.

I would guess she would become press secretary and Spicer would be communications director
Trump doesn't like having his press secretary become a national laughingstock
Heather is smart, classy and she takes no sh!t
I think she'd do it because the late Tony Snow was her mentor
Plus Fox has dragged its feet on giving her the 2 p.m. job

Darn good points and you have to have a thick skin for that job and she may qualify. Hate to loose her on FOX though.

That works and one heck of a lot more intelligent and credible that Marie Harf that had it last. If it comes to be, FOX lost in that trade. :Bang

She doesn't have what it takes for Press Secretary or any other front-line job. Her perfect skin is too thin and her personality lacks the ability to shred people. In other words too nice and these are 24/7/365 jobs - so one must say goodbye to family & friends...............

Guilfoyle is much tougher - like Megyn - both high end lawyers or Tantaros..........

Thought she was too smart to want to be mixed up in that Circus!

Not a surprise she got the job
She's really good and she has been missing from F&F lately

https://www.bloomberg.com/politics/arti ... b-at-state

Who will replace her on F&F?
I would think Heather Childers would add F&F newsreader to her F&FF hosting duties

I wish Heather was staying at FNC  and wish her luck in her new job :Thumb

As for the newsreader on F&F. With 3 hosts, I personally don't see the need for one. Ainsley, and Dumb and Dumber are more then capable of doing the headlines.
But if they are going to have one, it should be whoever is the female host on F&FF that day :Kool

1) She's FORTY-SEVEN???

2) When/if it is officially announced...best wishes to Heather and kudos for a fine job!

3) Okay, who takes over the 2pm slot NOW? Shannon Smith( Outnumbered permanent host)? Heather Childers (already doing FFF and FF newsreader)? Maybe Patti Anne Brown or Molly Line or Laura Ingle?

I guess you mean SANDRA Smith
Don't forget Melissa Francis
Also, Shannon Bream could wind up there if Martha returns to AN, though I doubt that would happen

Smart move, if she's 47 and still hasn't gotten a main job or her own show somewhere, it's time to give up the TV dream

She had one in the past
She used to host The Big Story on Fox with John Gibson

Really? She's been on National TV News channel for nearly 20 years (all but two years with FNC). That's pretty sure that's a great tenure. I wished it has longer because honestly congrats to her but she's not going into stable environment even it's the white house.
