Interesting article that documents incidents of alleged harassment victims of Bill O'Reilly in the past decade -

A bunch of the names were familiar to me due to recent news coverage, but I never knew that Rebecca Gomez/Diamond from FBN had filed a suit against O'Reilly alleging harassment and settled with O'Reilly personally for an undisclosed sum. The article implies that she became a former Fox employee because of her lawsuit with O'Reilly but that could have been filed after she left. Either way, that's a footnote to her story I never heard.

Guessing Fox didn't really clean up anything other than getting rid of Alies who probably would have been a head of another channel. It's sad when there have been other on-air talent whose careers been halted for less than O'Reilly's sexual harassment and lying about a news story. Brian Williams took a hit over lying about a story.

Foxnews has money to silence people. Companies should refuse to air ads during O Reilly show would make things interesting.

Not surprised......... My favorite was when billo said "But most importantly, I’m a father who cares deeply for my children and who would do anything to avoid hurting them in any way. And so I have put to rest any controversies to spare my children."

I guess he doesn't consider getting drunk and beating said kids & wife all the time - which is why he lost them - all of which was in his divorce papers.......

What this further proves is that 99% of all "news" regardless of the channel is phony and the public is too stupid to notice or care......

Since he is not young, I think Fox is just trying to "kill the clock" until he retires. At any other job, Billy "O" would have been fired after just the 1st accusation. Its incredible what is going on at Fox.

so they want to be know as station that keep people around done harassment. i will look bad in their eyes if keep him around. also fact if do keep around will sponsors stay or go.

As long he's bringing in the bags and bags of money and it's cheaper to pay the lawsuits, Bill O isn't going anywhere. :Bang

based at 3pm he lost 22 sponsors. also fact more are coming and did not want people know about it. so in other words he going to lose great amount of sponsors over this. so as of today fox has huge issue on there hand. with fact losing some people to MSNBC and few other station or people leaving over the issue that will not go away. so who will they get to replace all great people that left and how to they save there image. they go out attack other party or attack someone else. it make looks like they are trying to steer away from huge issue they had from 2 people accused of these action.

i have good question i would liked ask. with all advertisers leaving knucklehead show. why would fox still keep him around. also why is still there if info came out too. this makes looks like fox does not care about doing right thing but doing what story said they did.

This is true, its all about ratings. True or false, FOX is targeted for anything just like any situation that supports conservatives.

How in the :censor is that :censor getting good ratings despite all of this and also How in the :censor is that :censor still have his job? Brian Williams nearly got fired and lying about a story. O'Reilly also lied about a story, beat his wife, and all this with the lawsuit and still keeps his job.

It is hard to believe.
If I had to guess, it's that most of his audience is old rich white men who see nothing wrong with harassing women.

I read somewhere online Sunday that sixty (that's right, 60) advertisers have pulled out of Bill O'Reilly's program.
