Too bad. The old saying goes "a person representing himself in court has a fool for a client." If her case does have merit, I hope for Andrea's sake that she gets a lawyer in the event the case does go to trial. |

Yeah I heard she went through of number of law firms/lawyers so guessing she couldn't find anyone else that could represent her. |

I don't know about the big 3 cable news networks but there are up-and-comers like Newsmax TV that would be looking for recognizable faces. The mistake I think she made for all this time was keeping a low profile. If possible she should have been writing a column for a Conservative blog like the Daily Caller or whatever....something to remind people that she's still a viable voice in the world of punditry. |

 => agree that she should have tried to stay more relevant and in people's minds....... that being said, the fact that these law firms do not come cheap, so maybe it's more of a financial decision she's had to make than anything else. I do not know her finances, but why else would you go it alone in a case such as hers? I do wish Ms. Tantaros good luck with her case.... |

I hope things turn out well for her in regards to her case as well but it's a bad sign if she has resorted to representing herself. I would imagine that the law firms that were representing her were doing it based on a percentage of the final settlement or verdict. What's more, Fox has been quick to settle most of these cases and some of the plantiffs walked away with big sums of money....however when it comes to Tantaros they were pushing back big time from the beginning. |

I guess the writing was on the wall when she couldn't keep a lawyer and started to represent herself. One thing I'll never understand is why she didn't maintain a public presence in the punditry world, such as doing some writing for Conservative blogs - something that would help maintain her relevance. |
