In another forum someone was asking about Bloomberg & it seems they are strict with people capping/making vids of their content. My question is what can they do if someone caps & hosts those caps on an offshore type hosting service? Is there international treaties or is it just the wild west? Just a legal ? that crossed my mind when reading that. |

I know TV News Caps was given a cease and desist a few years ago, but I don't recall our board ever receiving one from them. The only C&D we have is anything from Playboy. |

UK boards have been capping Bloomberg for years with no repercussions. |

Who is left at the channel? Various people there 6 years ago left. |

Since Trish Regan and Deirdre Bolton left Bloomberg a few years back, there really isn't too much to see there--at least, IMHO. |
