Given the sad news about HLN's demise, it might be an apposite time to reflect on one of the dynamic duos in TV history. Robin was the leading star of her show, but every leading lady needs a supporting cast to compliment her talents. And Jen was the perfect side-kick for Robin. They complimented each other fantastically. Robin: slightly tanned, brunette and taut. Jennifer: pale, blonde (albeit naturally brunette) and voluptuous. What made them so legendary was their consistency and longevity. They've been together since 2006. That's 16 years! A child has been born and grown into a teenager in that time. We've seen them age gracefully from their mid-30s into their early 50s. And everyday they've given the likes of us a great show. Every day. I don't think there's been a duo like them out there. They've been that good for so long. It's almost impossible to articulate. This is what makes the contributions of HSF so extraordinary. The dedication and hard work to cap these two, among others, every day, for so long, deserves a lot of praise. I'm sure all of us here express our gratitude to him for such work. |

Thank you, tommy7, I appreciate that. It certainly doesn't hurt that Robin is such a wonderful and outgoing woman, and the "besties" chemistry between her and Jen were always fun to watch. The show will be sorely missed. |

I love hearing both of them laugh, especially together. They both have great laughs. I'll miss that. |
