Rhiannon announced this morning that this would be her last time on World News Now. Although she would not be leaving the ABC family. I'm sure that this means that she'll continue to be on GMA3 as well as doing stories for Good Morning America. ABC is obviously moving her to fill the void left by Eva Pilgrim who left ABC to become the host of Inside Edition.

Rhiannon joins an enormous group of well-known anchors who have hosted World News Now since 1992.

Considering that she is married with three young kids, this is the right career move.

Working the graveyard shift takes both a mental and physical toll on your body. And the best part, she will get home in time to see her kids after they get off school for the day.

Here is what she had to say on her Instagram last Friday:

"You’ll be seeing more of me on all ABC shows and platforms. Can’t wait to sleep overnight and tell more important stories on all the shows you know and love. I’m grateful to continue my journey at ABC News. I walked in as a freelancer in December 2021 and was made anchor of the overnight shows in August 2022 and am so thankful for all the opportunities I’ve been given ever since. Can’t wait continue to grow as a journalist"

One small note about the one post with the 'a' on it from last Saturday...I was having some difficulty trying to post something on two different browsers, as my computer was slowing up (switching Windows versions does that to you) In the end, the post finally was uploaded early Wednesday morning.

So if someone can erase that post with the single 'a' on it, that would be great. Just thought I would explain why it happened the way that it did.
