The only two Original Six teams to reach the Stanley Cup Playoffs will face off in this series for the first time since their memorable encounter in 2013. Though, it's one Toronto would like to forget. That first round series went seven, and the Leafs led 4-2 with 90 seconds left in regulation. However, the Bruins managed to tie the game in that little time, and ended up winning it OT and going all way to the Stanley Cup Final. The Leafs are in the playoffs for the second straight year, and unlike last year, they were not among the last teams to get in. They picked up some key acquisitions for this year, one of them being longtime Sharks mainstay Patrick Marleau, who has played 177 playoff games, but never won the Cup. The Bruins have that championship experience, having won the Cup in 2011 and returned to the Final two years later. Last year, the Bruins suffered a first round exit at the hands of the Ottawa Senators, but despite their talent, I see them suffering the same fate as last year: ousted by an Ontario team.
