Wide World of Women

I somtimes have problems waiting on sites/links loading. I get a message from IE saying the script you are running from adobe player is causing your computer to run slower than normal do you wish to change the script? I don't know how to change this, but I would like to know how to fix this problem of waiting, waiting, etc between certain links on web addresses. Any suggestions?
