 Post subject: youtube video bounces with new monitor

Using a bigger monitor and youtube quit working on me. The video is bouncing and slow and pausing with this monitor. Any ideas? Now I can't watch documentaries on youtube. And is this the monitor? or my hard drive? and does this mean that now all videos even those away from youtube will be bouncing and choppy?
