Post subject:  Need Major help with Fox Business videos

The site has changed. The Fox business videos are not playing for me now. Get black screen. I was searching for the web only video to a show called fast track and nothing works. A google sent me to a podcast page for the show, but hardly none of the videos want to download and the ones that do are in m4v...never heard of that format and don't know what is required to view it. Plus I would like to add that the site seems to use mmcore1.0 what is that? and what is yumenetworks...that comes up when video page is loading. It kind of seems to be using the web feed technology they use for strategy room but nothing plays. I may need to free up more space or something.

The podcast page: http://feeds.foxbusiness.com/podcasts/fasttrack

The video site: http://video.foxbusiness.com/6845112/a- ... a73b33a327

Never had this much trouble with Fox Business or even with Fox News video content before. And if I was low on memory I knew when that was the problem as videos would not play right or too slow. But this player won't even bring up controls. Need someone to point me in the right direction. Never viewed any Fast track show before, but I finally took upon it to do it. But I have seen clips from the shows on Fox Business, Fox News, and other sites many times.

Well the only thing I could find was info on M4V files

http://www.fileinfo.com/extension/m4v

MPEG-4 file extension used for videos downloaded from the Apple iTunes store; includes TV episodes, full-length movies, and music videos; similar to an .MP4 file, but may be copy-protected using Apple's FairPlay DRM copyright protection.

To play a protected M4V file, your computer must be authorized (using iTunes) with the account that was used to purchase the video.

Unprotected M4V files may be recognized and played by other video players by changing the file extension from ".m4v" to ".mp4."

Programs that play the files

Mac OS
Apple iTunes
Apple QuickTime Player
RealNetworks RealPlayer
Miro

Windows
Apple iTunes
Apple QuickTime Player
RealNetworks RealPlayer
Media Player Classic
Miro

Linux
