Video to Gif?

Hey everyone. What is the best program to use to make videos into animated gifs? Thanks in advance.

I've never really dabbled with gifs. I've seen DamianVonBarone and shad0w with some good ones. Maybe send them a PM asking them what they use.

get a cracked version of video avatar. it's the best and so easy caveman can do it.
