Can you guys save individual clips from the hour

I always have to save the whole hour for 1 item that's presented last

Well apart from being there to just record what you want, you can always trim or edit the whole hour-long video using movie maker or some other video editing program.
I don't know if there's a way to record one section without being there...even if you know when it will be presented.
