How do you guys get your audio and video in line when going from .ts to .wmv or avi

Use Virtual Dub to correct audio sync issues with AVI's. Delay (-/+) the audio relative to the video in the stream properties. Choose the direct stream copy option when exporting so you don't re-encode everything. Use ASFBin for wmv files. For mpeg-2 .ts you can sync using VideoRedo, but that's not free.
