We all use the Smilies here and there is an internal link to view more smilies. I would say 95% of the time they wont post to my message or reply. Sometimes one will when I click it. Is this something in my settings or am I not doing something?

The extra smilies will only work on the original tab you opened them with. If you open a post or forum in an new tab, the smilies will not work unles you click the "view more smilies" again. Did that solve your problem?
