I just bought a new PC and it came with a USB TV tuner. I attatched the ir blaster to my digital cable box, but the receiver is not picking anything up. Remote does not work as well. Any help?

Did you put the batteries in the remote? :Joker

Keep in mind some STB's don't work with the IR blasters for whatever reasons. You got to give us some more info though. What type of tuner and/or IR blaster are you using, and what kind of STB do you have? Also, who is your provider?
