Media Player Classic skips frames

It used to play smooth

but now it skips frames
and all my other players play smooth

but i need MPC to play all frames because i use it for the caps

can you get screen caps from MPC to do things like animated gifs?

It's the only player i use to take pics of videos because of good quality small files jpg
i also use it take pics to make and also to play gif's
and to reduce size of pics that are huge files :shades
