Check your virus problem. If that doesn't solve the problem, turn off your modem and your computer for at least 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in. Hopefully, that problem will go away. If the above remedies don't work, then contact your ISP. |

When i restarted the pc it did a auto checkdisk for an hour and it deleted some videos but Firefox still not loading gives me the crash reporter I'm using Explorer now but i need firefox with my Addons and Bookmarks |

See if you can contact Firefox support from Explorer and take it from there. |

I would try to uninstall firefox then go to their site, download and reinstall a fresh copy of it. Save your bookmarks before you do that by clicking bookmarks>showallbookmarks>importandbackup>backup On your new firefox to add your bookmarks click bookmarks>showallbookmarks>importandbackup>restore>choose file For the add ons I think you will just have to download and add those to the new copy. |

I installed the latest version without removing the other so it updated it and all bookmarks and addons are ok I'm trying to get it to look like the previous version
