I was thinking about upgrading to a new power supply. I thought about going to office depot and getting the ANTEC SmartPower 500. But there are some really bad reviews, and questions about its reliability or high failure rate.
Anyone know a good power supply?

My belief is that power supplies are like hard drives. You will have some people that love or hate a certain brand because of their past experiences and there are usually an equal amount on the opposing side for every brand.
I say take your chances, but always have a backup. I'll buy any power supply, but I also keep a boxed one in my closet for fast a swap-out. Check out SlickDeals or FatWallet. You can sometimes get PS's for free with mail in rebate. Then just keep a couple handy for failures.
