Hey gang,
I was wondering if anyone knows a fix for my issue.
Everytime I start my laptop, a window with autoplay apprears breifly trying to play my cd/dvd-rom.
I checked task manager and there are 2 rundll.32 processes that come and go for about 15 minutes the computer is back to normal. I think it may be a virus but i have very good protection both AV and spyware.
Any thoughts to resolve the problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Did you try turning the auto-play function off? If you haven't, it should be under the properties options of the drive (with XP).
