Anyone watch Fasionably Late With Technical Problems?

I was wondering if anyone from other parts of the country experienced technical difficulty while watching Fashionably Late with Stacy London?

It happened during this segment(Checkout her ankle in the cap)

and when Mariel Hemmingway took off her boots to put on the heels.Same thing happened on the repeat and todays repeat.I assume it must be local Time Warner cable problem but i was wondring anyone else had similar problem.

I recorded the good parts twice last night and also this afternoon
and the picture broke up on the same parts which means it's bad digital video and it had to happen on the best episode :Boxing

There were other good shots not affected by it but it makes it feel incomplete by posting that way.I'm sure you feel the same about posting a clip knowing best part was left out,Cobra?
