Good to see there's interest in Toronto newsbabes (we've got many) but not so sure Yahoo is the best place to start a group to discuss them. Just having been a longtime member of some of the earlier Yahoo groups focusing on Canadian newswomen, I noticed the groups were plagued with spam and ...more spam. Had to quit eventually just because of the excessive "noise" and lack of participation on the yahoo forums. I think they were also limited to the size of any photos that could be posted, like really low-res pics only. Might be better to try GoogleGroups or another forum that is better protected against the spambots.
