This is the episode they let us see how they hooked-up. Before Chucks going away party she was drinking during driving test for TV, then she had more at the party, so she was drunk a little. This allows her feeling for Chuck come out, these caps do not show all the heat she brought to this part. She pulls his tie twice to kiss him, then at the end she grabs his scarf and slams his head into the door, funny stuff.
