Breakdown is a great movie but Kathleen's only in it for a few minutes. Another movie she made in '97 was "Zeus & Roxanne' which is a cheesy family flick about a dolphin but has plenty of Quinlan leggage :)

Also, I'm sure they're hard to find but these 3 old TV movies also look pretty good:
Blackout, Dreams Lost, Dreams Found and Trapped.
