So if Dylan doesn't wear a dress or skirt she doesn't get on the headline?
When Dylan is on the screen she's always top billing. Legs or not. All Dylan
all the time.

1. Yep, unless the pants are form-fitting/tight. As you can see, Stephanie Mansour also wore "pants", but you can easily spot the difference between hers and Dylan's, hence the title...
2. Nope, not in this house. Never will, unless she completely out-dressed the other women on the hour (almost always guaranteed to be Sheinelle :Doh ). That's just how it is.
