Can anyone shed some light on why Megan's hair looks so thinned out recently? Long time ago her hair looked so much fuller with a lot of body.

Could be many reasons. Some female on-air personalities will wear extensions for fullness (not necessarily length), maybe she got tired of dealing with them.
Other reasons could be change of hormones, illness...
Not really familiar with her, just throwing some things out there.
