I noticed a new Weather Channel woman in a FB photo posted by Kelly Cass today. Found out it's Kyla Grogan who is doing forecasts for Weather.com. http://www.facebook.com/WeatherKyla She is using the title Weather Anchor on her Twitter as it appears she is not a Meteorologist. IMDB says she played a reporter on The Onion News Network. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1145410/ It just seems odd TWC would hire a non meteorologist to do forecasts even if it's just for Weather.com. Has TWC ever had non meteorologists doing Weather.com forecasts? |

According to the july edition of The Readers Digest there is no legal defination of a Meteorologist. Maybe Weather Forecaster is simply a new name for a TV Weather Personality. |

She's been hired to do the forecast for top cities on weather.com. That's all I know. |

I believe there was another, but her name escapes me at the moment. She was let go years ago. |

I recognize her from the Onion site. She was actually one of their top "stars" at one point, if you want to call it that, as she was usually playing the anchor role in most of the clips, probably around 2 or 3 years ago. She wasn't the most beautiful woman in the world (good looking though), but there was something sexy about her, and she had a dry sense of humor. Why she's doing weather forecasts now I have no idea, but it's nice to see her again

They get rid of Nicole Mitchell & Shove Kelly Cass to the graveyard shift but hire that
