I am trying to figure out how to say this without being rude and/or offending, but I fear no matter how I say it, someone will be offended. Please know that is not my intention.

I was wondering if there was a way to divide Local weather girls vs. the more mainstream network girls that we all know? There has been an explosion of local girls that a) have only a small following, based on views/comments and b) fill up the board. Most people, I think, are more drawn to caps of girls they can, or have, seen on TV and thus have a connection to said girl (even if that connection is fake and in our minds, lol).

Or maybe like other boards on WWoW, instead of having a new link for each set of caps, just have one link that continually gets added to, so that the board is not filled up as easily?

If I'm the only one that thinks this, then I apologize. Again, I am in no way trying to offend anyone nor remark about the like/dislikes of anyone on here -- we all have our tastes. This is just something I thought of and, have a feeling, am not alone.

If you feel that way, I will stop capping Cheryl Scott and gang. Instead of complaining, just skip over the posts you don't want to read.

Yahoo, IMR. Please continue the local caps, even with Tammie Souza also on the weekends with Fox Chicago (just in case).

IMO, you can cap and post Kirsten Horne on every board. Never too much of her.

I'm definitely in favor of a separate board or thread for local weather gals.

The locals are usually one's most likely to broadcast in their stocking feet. I would love if someone could post some caps of their local weather girls either broadcasting in stocking feet or barefeet. I'm not sure if it's a comfort thing or heels create that clopping sound when they walk and talk.

Too bad the weather channel has that stupid banner scrolling on the bottom. I'm sure Kelly Cass and some the other meteorologists are shoeless more often than know

You are not slamming anyone just in your eyes dividing local/national may be easier for some.

Now it is the Mods business how they format the board but I dont see nothing wrong in a suggestion! If we dont give feedback from time to time they dont know how things are working for us!

I like the caps of Cheryl. However, they might do better under the "North American & Sports Caps" under the Detroit section (I believe that is where cheryl is from).

I see mainly TWC caps but we could do dedicated threads for women that are non TWC

As i said in my post, I figured now matter how I'd say it, I'd offend someone. Furthermore, I specifically said I wasn't trying to offend anyone. No matter what, you can't win with communication on the internet.

I never complained and I never said stop posting. I only noted a logistical suggestion. And if the local girls increase, it could beceom cumbersome to find girls you are targeting with your search. I didn't even think it was that much of a big deal to change. Separate boards or updating one post over and over again (as Erin Burnett is done on CNN, for example).

Glad to see some input. Seems pretty split. I would think, personally, the division of local/nat'l (or TWC/non-TWC) would help both parties. When you look for local, go to the local section thus avoiding a long board of mixed nat'l and local.

None of this was a big deal, just a thought. *shakes head and laughs* I tried to be civil!

It's Chicago ..and she is capped (or was until a couple of weeks ago until the capper "retired") in the Chicago section of newsbabes on a regular basis.

I'll Admit I do like looking at caps of Kirsten Horne. Also it's call the Weather Babe Discussion, caps and clips section not the Weather Channel Babe discussion........

Yes, my original post did not challenge that. It was a suggestion to possibly change the current category into two categories, national and local (or TWC and non TWC, as someone else suggested). So, it was NOT a complaint of what is being capped nor was it an attack on people's interests.

It was a simple logistical suggestion on 2 folders instead of 1. Why does this thread keep turning into something I didn't say?

Trying so hard to be clear about it. It wasn't supposed to be this difficult. Yay, nay, discuss .. no emotions. Just a discussion. AHHH! lol.
