I know these topics have been covered on other threads, but I am just taking stock of the FNC exodus:

Gretchen Carlson: fired, but pending sexual harassment lawsuit

Andrea Tarantos: about to be fired over breach of contract, but...see above

Maria Molina: Moving because of newlywed new job

Anna Kooiman: Australia (see above)

JoAnne Noschunsinsky: leaving for acting career

Let me know if I'm missing anybody. Open to discuss.

Jedediah Bila jumped ship this summer too, heading for ABC & The View.

But 1 thing we are overlooking. Fox has a built in farm system with their local talent. A farm system that has Juliet Huddy as an early morning (430-7AM) local anchor. Dari Alexander as a local anchor (5&11PM). Thats just NYC! Karen Hepp in Philly on weekends :-O. Plus untold ladies in other local markets I dont know about. I think Fox will be fine & the whole game is just hoping they give us some mostly undiscovered gems.

Not to mention there's other anchors/reporters from other TV markets that would want to join a national news network. I think FNC has plenty of resume and demo reels to look at.

Would love to keep tabs on both Gretchen and Andrea despite what they are going through

True, but if either of them resurface anytime for the rest of this year,
outside of a print interview, it would surprise me.

I agree with the sentiment that Annas & Andreas don't grown on trees. But I also agree that FOX will be just fine. CelebritySleuth is right about the farm system, FOX has some great local talent to graduate up to their Major Leagues. And let's not forget the exceptional Leg Queens they already have like Petallides, Nauert, Smith, Faulkner, Childers, Roginsky, Dagen, Lea, MacCullum, etc... a newcomer like Jackie Ibanez could easily be FOX's #1 Gam Goddess, her legs among the best in the news game already... not to mention rising talent that gets better each episode like Meghan McCain (incredible legs & really stepped it up this year), Abby Huntsman (potential for extreme greatness), Lisa Marie Boothe (a standout among standouts) & even a MILF like Patricia Stark. Maybe Maria Bartiromo will unleash those thick gams more often.

FOX can be like the Lakers, Yankees, Patriots or Celtics... they'll re-tool & win more championships.

I somehow have a feeling Fox won't have too much trouble finding young(er) pretty women who will wear the leather miniskirts and play for the leg cam and put up with the harassment because it's their chance to shine on national TV. Gretchen's long tenure at Fox suggests that she tried to shrug it off but eventually reached a breaking point. But I'm sure there is a deep pool of ladies out there willing to compromise on integrity in exchange for money and exposure. Anyone can put up with it for a while and since Ailes is gone, Fox can say they don't have to worry about it. And what do you mean you wouldn't wear that red leather mini to a nightclub on Ladies Night? We have this thing called a dress code so unless you want to go back to doing weather reports from Podunk...

So you basically think that Fox isn't really going to clean up their off-camera act?

Ailes is gone, the entire staff now knows their butt's on the line and big bucks may have to be
shelled out if anyone keeps pulling that crap.
Come to think of it, Ailes himself ought to be an example --
no one is safe. If I'm some mid-level producer or less and I get caught up in something
like that, why would I assume that they can't bounce me out the door, if the CEO himself can be?
