Wide World of Women

Thanks to social media, we have an idea regarding the comings and goings.

At least, it appears to be a smooth transition (again, I don't know much since I don't know anybody and I don't watch these types of shopping channels.)

What I do know, with Comcast spinning off MSNBC and CNBC this week under the name of Versant, expect heads to roll. Of course, CNN is still trying to find the right combinations--most of it since The President I Refuse To Name sent the once powerful (and first 24 hour) cable news powerhouse into a shell of its' former self.

HLN (Headline News) tried until Robin Meade's show shifted into an entertainment slant and the very short-lived Satellite News Channel (SNC) was a fast paced mix of news, weather, and some sports every 30 minutes--but was gone by late summer 1983.

My point is nothing lasts forever. At least, for HSN fans--be grateful that they are still on the air and a majority of many fan favorites at least will provide a virtual compass on what is hot in the shopping world (with a caveat), since the stupid tariffs are going to see a lot of people cut back on their spending--especially with any fashion and clothing items.

Really gonna miss seeing Valerie , Amy and Helen.

Going to miss Natasha, she was the best addition host OR model in years.

I am going to miss Marlo!

Hopefully we see her again
