Can anybody tell me how to make a single vid cap from a Streaming Video. I have the clip from Goodfellas where Loraaine Bracco is knocked to the floor from the bed by Ray Liotta. There is a good sequence of leg shots plus an upskirt that I want to capture as a still photo for a forum.

I may want to capture several images not 20 or 30.

I here that you can use Virtual Dub, but I don't know how it is done.

I tryed ImageGrabber, but the image is about 3x3, I want a larger image.

Please help.
