IF NBC doesn't use her during the Sochi games then she is more than likely done for NBC and back on ESPN. Like to see her back on Sportsnation since I heard that since it become a sausage fest ratings are in the toilet though if they plan to use in New York that's a problem.

Her return to SN should consist of her getting shot out of a cannon from the outside of the compound back into the ESPN compound, wearing the same Evel Knievel jumpsuit. That would be hilarious.

yes let's give a new show to someone who was a ratings disaster the last time she had her own show. :TickTock :?

Being on ESPN with the suits behind you promoting is much better than being on NBCSN with little promoting.

I gotta agree.

NBCSN promoted "The Crossover" huge before the launch. Once Briggs was out, and the show got better NBCSN didn't bother to promote. They moved the time slot almost daily, and then stopped the replays. If they could find any "sport" to air they'd bump the show.

I love the part where she wants to "be seen by a wide audience on a daily basis."

um, isn't it YOUR JOB as the high-priced anchor to BRING IN an audience?
otherwise, what are they paying you for?

I guess if she were an NFL player, she'd want to just join the Seahawks so she could be a winner.

Good point. IMO she isn't hot enough to pull in a big audience. Charissa Thompson probably upped the ratings when she took over and brings in viewers on pretty annoying show like Fox Sports Live.

Actually Fox Sports Live's ratings have been awful. Not even the Super Bowl could help it

Beadle has better personality for tv, in the long run that is better for ratings than looks. There is always another hot blonde that comes along.

true but how was the Super Bowl supposed to help it?
it's 2 different channels.

Charissa got a whole lot of exposure on the Super Bowl coverage and there were many fs1 commercials.

that's like expecting a hit show on NBC (if there ever was one) to boost ratings on MSNBC

Not really the same. Fox Sports Live was heavily promoted on the two biggest NFL audiences you can get and the ratings were terrible. FOX hoped NFL fans would tune in to continue with the FOX Sports coverage, they didn't.

Let's face it Fox Sports Live is two different shows in one show. I wish they had Charissa and company on 10 PM and called the Best Damn Sports Show Period then Dan and Casey for Fox Sports Live at 11 PM (OK Jay and Dave I wanted to make a Sports Night reference). Also Good luck to Beadle on her return to ESPN. That had to been a disaster for NBCSN to put two of their biggest free agent signings of Beadle and Dave Briggs from FOX NEWS on the same show and not have it work out. You're thinking that they should have had to screen test or two to see if there's was a chemistry issue. One would think if there was chemistry problems between the two, it would have spotted before the show went on-air. Let's face it Beadle was too vocal and that is the reason why she's returning to ESPN because she threw Briggs under the bus then took verbal on air about her bosses (though she might of been right). Briggs now hosting another show on NBCSN though on break because of the Olympics.

About Damn time. I'm sorry but Max Kellerman should have never been CT's replacement.
