Which one do you think is gonna wind up being the permanent host for that daily hour of America's News Headquarters? and why?

Don't ejaculate prematurely...it's only been two weeks. Let's wait to see who else Roger will tease you zombies with. He probably won't fill the position until May the start of the next TV rating season. No telling how many hot blondes he has lined up to work that time slot. Hell he may even surprise me and let a brunette try out for the job...(I know Julie B has exhausted her chances) but one can hope can't he?

But not to ignore the question...Sandra, it's the eyes boss, the eyes have it!

We don't know if Sandra and Elizabeth are the only two candidates
But assuming they are, Sandra is a little more polished and experienced
I'd be happy with either one, though :Kool

Somebody mentioned it earlier and I agree I like the idea of Elizabeth and Sandra hosting together. Then get Martha and Jamie hosting together and send Hemmer to replace Shep Smith.

Ailes likes to draw these things out. One thing I've noticed - Hemmer has worked with a ton of hot babes but he seems particulary smitten with Elizabeth. IMO if he has anything to say about it Prann would be his pick. I have to second that choice between Prann and Smith but my #1 pick is Heather Nauert.

Why are you calling us zombies because we like blondes? I like all shades, types, colors and hair colors of women. Julie Banderas was my fave before she left and I think I was on here at that time and before she even showed up. I also love Lori Rothman...just because I like blondes doesn't mean I don't like others. Liz Claman is almost 50 and still a gorgeous and sexy redhead with legs that won't quit and I could go on and on but anyhow just curious as to how you came to believe that about me or ANYONE on this board for that matter.

If you look at the banner at the top of the forum last I checked it has all different types and hairshades of women on it. I'm sure you can find coverage of much more than the blondes you seem to have such disdain for on here.

Yeah, it's a real tough call but if it is between Sandra and Elizabeth then the end result will be great.

Just guessing, but I'd say that Elizabeth just has to show that she is capable of co-hosting the show and it's her's. I have a feeling that Fox likes having Sandra Smith on FBN as she provides solid financial punditry.

Sandra has been filling in for Liz at 3pm on FBN, as has Cheryl, so I wonder if they might want Sandra to stay on the FBN side so she can be a regular fill-in host.

I don't know who will get it but there is no such thing as "paying your dues" in cable news as we have seen many times already :jetserl

Very true. Fox has no or seems to place no value on promoting from inside certain people for certain slots just based on "seniority". We've seen that over and over again.

On Sandra's last day last week Bill Hemmer mentioned that she'd be back for either 2 or 3 days the following week (next week), so there's 2-3 days open. If Fox has a 3rd anchor in mind I guess we'll see next week.....I think they've got it narrowed down between the two.

You just have to get to know me sir...I wasn't literally calling you or anyone else a zombie. It's just a play on words. I speak sarcastically a lot but I don't and would never attack someone over something as trivial as what we discuss on these boards. Sh%t I just finished trying to figure out how I'm going to pay a $400 light bill and still make my car insurance premium payment along with my normal monthly bills. Now that dilema I can argue over...especially with the wife(ask her). I can care less if you like black, blue or red bro...AGAIN my m/o is to lighten up the boards, spark a little convo and it's never personal....never!

It'll be interesting to see if they would try someone else in that slot this week. I don't know about you guys be i'd love to see Shannon Bream given a chance. I think someone else on this thread said so as well. I don't think she'd do it though because isn't she in Washington?

I don't think she's ever been in studio in New York has she? Also think they've only ever shown one full
body shot of her on her Sunday news slot reporting from there.
