Did any catch Karla Martinez wearing thigh highs on today's show in her 80's outfit? I'm nearly positive she was. I believe you can see them pretty clearly around 8:25am when she's sitting on a stool.

I was looking through videos from Despierta America but didn't see much to confirm Karla's thigh highs, but those caps are pretty great.

Despierta America's Facebook site also posted some photos of Karla dressed in her "80's Businesswoman" costume today:


I tried to clean them up a bit and highlight her thighs, but the original photos from Facebook just aren't very high quality so it wasn't as revealing as I hoped it'd be:


Still, it's really awesome that Karla chose to dress like that. Karla's kind of funny in that sometimes she dresses extremely conservatively, but every once in awhile she'll bust out a very sexy outfit. She's hard to predict in that way.

I only wish we had some clue as to whether they were hold-up thigh highs with the elastic tops, or she went all the way with the look and wore a garter belt.

In the segment where she's pulling up her skirt, she's actually talking about "las medias" which means stockings in Spanish. Naughty girl!

Awesome, thank you for the translation. Univision's videos offer subtitles with English, but for whatever reason clicking on them doesn't actually bring up any English captions. Very annoying and strange.

I wonder why she decided to wear stockings for that outfit. Stockings were more of a 50's and 60's thing, like "Mad Men," not really an 80's style (not that I'm complaining of course, just curious).
